It's the first thing all Finishers mention at the finish line. The reason, because the vast majority are athletes or relatives of athletes or residents of As Pontes and the area, who once a year decide to help out and show all their love for triathlon and how warm we Galicians are.
If you are an athlete and you do not participate this year, register as a VOLUNTEER, WE NEED YOU, and if you participate, tell your companions to register, They will see the race more closely, we assure you 
For this and as in all editions, there will be a large volunteer bag in which this year we will include:
-Official Northwest Triman Sweatshirt
-Official Northwest Triman T-Shirt
-Official Northwest Triman Neck Tubular
-Backpack bag with food, drinks, sweets, nuts, handkerchiefs and other items to spend the day
As always, we will do the acts prior to the race with a snack and snack included, where we will explain all the functions and tasks of the volunteers, once the positions have been assigned.
At the end of the race in the following weeks, we will have a big party for all the volunteers with dinner and a party for you.
We will give you all the facilities in the world to be at the lake, just like the rest of the editions, with a round trip bus to Coruña, for all those who come from this city.
